Amy is a business consultant specializing in organizational change, strategic planning, creativity, and risk-taking. She has a passion for creating and facilitating rich experiential learning events that help groups navigate liminal spaces and allow for true transformation. Her ability to see the wisdom in chaotic moments, to tune into the complex potential of the group, and to assess clearly the core issues at play allow participants to forge lasting shared metaphors that are touchstones for organizational improvement. Amy has applied her expertise to benefit non-profits, universities, corporations, and individuals throughout the United States and Europe.
Amy is also a published illustrator, writer of fiction, and crackerjack data analyst who loves to reveal the rich story buried in numbers through compelling visual and written communication.
Amy holds a M.Ed. in Social Justice Education from UMass Amherst as well as a M.B.A. from Simmons School of Management and a B.A. in Physics and Math from Colby College. She has served as Board President and Secretary at the Women’s Building in San Francisco.
